These terms govern your use of Aimframe. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. We've written them as plainly as we can — if something is unclear, email aimframefit@gmail.com.

What Aimframe Is

Aimframe is an AI-powered app that compares a photo of you with a "reference" photo of the physique you want to work toward, and generates a personalized workout plan and diet plan aimed at helping you get there. It also lets you log progress photos over time to track your transformation.

Age Requirement

Because Aimframe generates physical training and nutrition programs, you must be at least 18 years old to use it. If you are under 18, you may only use Aimframe with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who should review any plan with you before you follow it.

Your Account

You sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure, since that's what protects your Aimframe account. Provide accurate information, and don't use someone else's photo without their permission when generating a plan.

Subscription and Billing

Aimframe is offered on a subscription basis, billed through our payment processor, Whop:

New subscribers start with a 3-day trial for €1.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically rolls over to the standard rate of €29/month, billed on the same day each month until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing. Canceling stops all future billing immediately and ends your access to your active plan right away — your plan data itself is not deleted, and resubscribing brings it right back.

Not Medical Advice

Aimframe is a fitness and nutrition planning tool, not a medical service. The workout and diet plans it generates are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Talk to a doctor before starting any new fitness or diet program, especially if you have any pre-existing health condition, injury, or concern. You are solely responsible for deciding whether a generated plan is appropriate for your own body and circumstances, and for stopping any activity that causes pain or discomfort.

Your Responsibilities

When using Aimframe, you agree to:

Only upload photos of yourself, or of others with their permission.
Not upload illegal, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Use the generated plans at your own pace and within your own physical limits.
Not attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

No Guaranteed Results

Aimframe's AI provides estimates and plans based on the photos you provide — it does not guarantee any specific outcome, timeline, or physique result. Actual results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own consistency, genetics, and health.

Limitation of Liability

Aimframe is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aimframe and its creators are not liable for any injury, health issue, or damages arising from your use of the app, including from following any workout or diet plan it generates. You use Aimframe, and any plan it produces, at your own risk.

Account Termination

You can delete your own account anytime from Settings → Delete Account, which permanently removes your data (see our Privacy Policy for what that includes). We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, such as by abusing the service or uploading inappropriate content.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use Aimframe after a change means you accept the updated terms.
