Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 11, 2026
This policy explains what information Aimframe collects when you use the app, how we use it, and what control you have over it. We've tried to write it in plain language rather than dense legal text — if anything is unclear, email us at aimframefit@gmail.com and we'll clarify.
Information We Collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, display name, and profile photo. Beyond that, we collect:
- Analysis photos — the photo of yourself and the "reference" photo you upload so our AI can compare the two and generate your workout and diet plan.
- Progress check-in photos — photos you upload over time to track your physical progress.
- Account activity — things like when you generated a plan or logged a check-in, so we can enforce fair-use limits (e.g. cooldowns between plan generations) and show you your own history.
- Basic technical data — standard server logs (like IP address and browser type) collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure, the same as almost any website.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information only to run the app:
- To generate your AI-powered physique analysis and your personalized workout and diet plan.
- To track and display your progress over time.
- To enforce the cooldowns that keep plan generation and check-ins fair for everyone.
- To respond when you contact us for support.
- To process your subscription payment (handled by our payment processor, Whop — see below).
We do not use your photos or personal information for advertising, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
Your Photos Are Private
Where Your Data Is Stored
Aimframe is built on Firebase and Google Cloud. Your account information and plan data are stored in Firestore (Google's database service), your photos are stored in Cloud Storage, and sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication. All of this runs on Google's infrastructure with industry-standard security and encryption in transit.
Who We Share Data With
We share data only with the service providers required to run Aimframe, and only what each one needs to do its job:
- Google (Firebase / Gemini API) — hosting, storage, authentication, and AI analysis.
- Whop — payment processing for subscriptions. Whop handles your payment details directly; we never see or store your card information.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.
Your Rights and Choices
You're always in control of your data:
- You can update your display name and profile photo anytime from Settings.
- You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. This deletes your Firebase Authentication account, all of your data in Firestore (profile, plans, check-in history), and every photo you've uploaded to Storage. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.
- You can email aimframefit@gmail.com for any other request about your data.
Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active, so your plans and progress history stay available to you. If you delete your account, everything described above is deleted right away rather than being kept in the background.
Children's Privacy
Aimframe is intended for users who are 18 or older (see our Terms of Service for the full age requirement). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to This Policy
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Aimframe after a change means you accept the updated policy.
